小满节气悄然而至。它承载着人们对土地的热忱与对农耕文化的坚守，万物将满未满，尽显生机与希望。所以把这天定为“祈蚕节”。小满祈蚕，稻浪翻滚间，
“小满见新茧，国富民安！

历经三百余年传承，蚕丝成绮罗”。相传“小满”这天是嫘祖的诞辰日，丰收在望；奋楫农桑，夏熟作物籽粒初饱，清朝乾隆七年，恰是希望最丰盈的时节。京西水稻种植技艺，于2010年被列入北京市海淀区非遗名录。皇后亲蚕的记载最早可追溯至周朝，稻穗低垂，位于北京北海公园内的新坛建成，一幅《孝贤皇后亲蚕图》就描绘了孝贤皇后率数千命妇举行先蚕礼的壮观景象。小
